We bought this princess ride on for my 5 year old grand-daughter for her Birthday the end of December, so it is only 7 1/2 months old. 3 months ago one of the door handles broke in half, so now that door can not be opened. Two weeks ago the steering wheel stoped moving, as the bolt holding it together broke in half.

We were able to put a new Bolt in but this should not happen to such an expensive ride on. Also this carriage is just not made well. I am not happy with this carriage at all.

It is made of cheep plastic that can break easy. Also the sheers are not on a rod so they have rips in them due to the kids having to move them every time they get in or out of the carriage. Also I expected it to be faster then it is due to the higher voltage.7 years ago we bought a ride on truck for our first grand-daughter, it is still in very good condition, all the handles work, even the tailgate, along with the lights and hood. Also I have watched the kids run right into the curbs and the truck still looks great and runs great.So for these reasons I have given this ride on 1 star. If it was half the price I would not complain as much, but we paid $400. 00 for this thing. The truck, we only paid $150.

00We have 3 more grand kids and when each of them turn 5 they will also get their own ride on. But I will not buy another princess carriage. We bought this for our daughter's 3rd Birthday! When I seen it online we just had to get it for her. I think I may have wanted it a bit more but that's besides the point! It is Huge and does take atleast 2 people to pick the box up.

It can take 1 person to put together but very helpful with 2. The hardest part was putting the side curtains on!! I do wish the stickers came to where you can put them on yourself due to them being crooked in some parts but their already on once you buy. The only problem we really have with it is the traction grips on the tires in the back are already wearing off!!

We ride it on pavement and in grass and it works pretty good on both. It can fit her at 30 some pounds and me at around 100 pounds and still rides great!! Her 10 year old brother even rides with her in it!! We Love It!!! Make sure you do charge a day before giving it to your child to ride and don't forget the batteries for each lantern and the steering wheel.

It truly is a Fairytale Come True!!!
